On The Jennifer Hudson Show, the stars of The Property Brothers were up about their childhood tricks. Friday
Drew’s brother Jonathan Scott has always enjoyed pulling practical jokes on him.
The Property Brothers’ 44-year-old stars paid a visit to The Jennifer Hudson Show on Friday, where they reminisced about their time in high school and how Jonathan would get in the way of his brother’s developing love life.
The identical twins were even more similar before they had facial hair, Jonathan admits to host Jennifer Hudson, “so if there was a female that Drew had a crush on, I would put his clothing on and make an absolute fool out of myself.” “After that, she would never ever contact him by phone or otherwise.”
Jonathan replies, “Oh sure, that’s what brothers do,” in response to Hudson’s laughter and question about if Drew’s humiliation was the intention.
The brothers discuss their “obsession” with Halloween later on in the conversation with Hudson. When the presenter displays a recent photo of the brothers dressed up as Wonder Women, Jonathan claims that it wasn’t even Halloween; rather, it was simply a “random Tuesday.”
He recalls, “We were doing publicity in New York, and it was themed Wonder Woman. Afterwords, “We had to take a plane from New York to Toronto right after. We went to the airport dressed like that one month before Halloween.”
Drew jokes that he had “nowhere to hide anything” as he admits that they even went through security while dressed as they did.
When his three-year girlfriend Zooey Deschanel discussed their relationship with the Property Brothers actor to presenter Drew Barrymore on The Drew Barrymore Show last week, Jonathan’s name came up on another well-known talk show.
Barrymore disclosed that she has been collaborating with the well-known builder on his HGTV series Celebrity IOU and explained how “dreamy” Jonathan describes Deschanel, 42.
The way your guy talks about you and your family, such as, “I’ve got to be home for dinner, I need to be there every night, this is what we do, this is how we do it, my kids, my lady, our house, our family,” is a sign that something is wrong. Barrymore said, “It’s kind of dreamy,”
Deschanel concurred, “He’s the finest.” “He also has a wonderful family! The dream is there.”
